Children with eating disorders would normally receive clinic-based care, but as this was not possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kernow Health and Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust introduced remote health monitoring to support this cohort of patients. This case study reveals the benefits, during and beyond the pandemic.
